Ms. Patsalidou is a Registered Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Hellenic Mediterranean University of Crete, Greece. She furthered her education by completing an MSc in Clinical Dietetics at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus.

Following the completion of the standards of proficiency set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), she become a Registered Dietitian.

During her undergraduate studies, she completed her internship at the University of The Hague in the Netherlands and served as a research assistant at the Research and Education Institute of Child Health, actively participating in two European programs, EU MENU by EFSA, and iFamily.

After her academic journey, Ms. Patsalidou worked as a Dietitian, specializing in health promotion and clinical cases at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, UK. In 2021, she completed a post-educational program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, focusing on Complementary Therapies for Chronically Ill Patients. Furthermore, in December 2022, she completed four training cycles in Algology held by the Hellenic Society of Algology.

Since 2021, Ms. Patsalidou has been a visiting Lecturer at the Malta Leadership Institute, actively engaged in the development and delivery of lectures for the master’s program in applied nutrition and dietetics. Her lectures cover a wide range of topics, including Clinical Artificial Nutrition, Dietary Requirements in Acute Conditions, and Fundamentals of Food and Nutrition.

Presently, she holds the position of Head Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist at the Cyprus Pain Clinic in Nicosia. Ms. Patsalidou believes that by sharing up-to-date and reliable nutrition knowledge through nutritional education by using a person-centered approach, each individual can make informed decisions in order to adopt a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
