Main activities and responsibilities:

I have worked as an Anesthesia Consultant in a Private hospital in the town of Drama (population 100000). The main ward was the one of Obstetric and Gynecology (Number of beds:10). There was Surgical (no of beds: 10), Urology (no of beds: 5) and ENT (no of beds: 5) ward.
Number of patients: 80-90 per month. The Hospital is well equipped (Anesthesia Machine with Ventilator, Monitor, Oxymetry, Capnography, Pumps, Laryng. Masks, Equipment for Neonatal Resuscitation etc.
20 parturitions (Epidural Analgesia), 10 Cesarean sections, 3-4 Hysterectomies, 10-12 Laparoscopic surgeries (Cholecystectomies,
Ovarian Cysts), 8-10 TURs, 2-3 Prostatectomies, 5-6 Tonsillectomies, 2-3 Adenoidectomies, 5-6 Nasal Septum Scoliosis, Hernias, Appendectomies, Hydroceles, Varicoceles, Omphaloceles, Breast surgeries, Abscesses, Biopsies (Prostate, Endometrial).
I provided the following methods of Anesthesia:
General Anesthesia with ETT, General Anesthesia with Laryngeal Mask, Epidural, Spinal, TIVA, Combination of General-Epidural or Spinal-Epidural. Postoperative Epidural analgesia via Electronic Pumps.
I also occasionally worked at:
1) An MRI Center where I provided Sedation to children (1 -12 years old), or sometimes to adults for the performance of the MRI examination. ( number of patients: 10 per
month).
2) Gastroenterology Centers where I provided Sedation to adults for the performance of Gastroscopies or Colonoscopies. (number of patients: 20 per month).

Main activities and responsibilities:  In this post, I was applying several kinds of Anaesthesia: General, Spinal, Epidural, Total intravenous Anaesthesia, Intravenous regional Anaesthesia, Combined Spinal and Epidural. Intravenous or Epidural Postoperative Analgesia by Pumps was applying on many patients. Sometimes on severe cases, I was applying Arterial Cannulation and Jugular Catheterization. There was always a detailed preoperative evaluation. I was responsible for the training of trainee Anaesthesiologists. I was applying Anaesthesia on General Surgery, Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynaecological, Urologic, Ophthalmologic. I also covered the Emergencies (Trauma, Cardiac arrests, Resuscitation).
